ONE SHOT MUSIC PROJECT
The One Shot Project delivers measurable social, educational, and economic impact for homeless and marginalised youth and young adults. By providing industry‑standard training in music production, performance, and creative entrepreneurship, we equip participants with practical skills, increased self‑efficacy, and pathways into further education, employment, and community engagement.
Our program directly addresses key social justice issues—including homelessness, addiction, poverty, and the housing crisis—by offering structured support, positive role models, and opportunities for creative expression. Through public performances, community events, and collaborative projects, we amplify the voices of young people whose experiences are often overlooked, fostering greater awareness and community understanding.
Our goal is to see participants emerge as confident creators, leaders, and advocates who use their skills and lived experience to contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Our Dream
Our dream is to see the One Shot Project grow into a nationwide movement that transforms the lives of homeless and marginalised young people across Australia. We aspire to establish a network of high‑quality, community‑embedded programs that provide consistent access to creative education, mentorship, and industry pathways.
By scaling our initiative, we aim to harness the power of music and storytelling to strengthen communities, promote social inclusion, and drive systemic change. We envision a future where every young person—regardless of their circumstances—has the opportunity to develop their talents, build resilience, and pursue meaningful futures.
Through music and creative expression, we will continue to elevate stories of courage, hope, and transformation, demonstrating that with the right support, every young person has the potential to change their life and positively influence the world around them.
Our vision
The One Shot Project envisions an Australia in which every homeless and marginalised young person has equitable access to creative education, meaningful community connection, and viable career pathways. Through high‑quality training in music creation, performance, and music marketing, we aim to empower young people to develop their voice, build confidence, and break cycles of homelessness and disadvantage.
Our long‑term vision is to establish a scalable, nationally coordinated network of One Shot programs—operating with the consistency and sustainability of a franchise model—ensuring that young people in every region have the opportunity to learn, create, and thrive.
