Link2Home

Link2Home is a statewide homelessness information and referral telephone service in NSW. It provides assistance to anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, including young people. They can provide information on emergency accommodation options, support services, and referrals to appropriate agencies.

Youth Homelessness Matters Day (YHMD)

While not a specific service, YHMD is an annual national campaign that raises awareness about youth homelessness and advocates for better support and services for young people experiencing homelessness. It can be a useful resource for young people seeking information and support related to youth homelessness.

Oasis Youth Services Sydney

Crisis accommodation, outreach support and brokerage service for young people 16- 21 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Case management, education and counselling are also available. We have over 20 programs for homeless young people that give hope, help and opportunities to turn their lives around. The Drop-In Centre provides a safe place for young people to hang out, have breakfast with their friends, shower, do their laundry, use the computer to do work, listen to music or reconnect with family and friends.
